Once our quality assurance team validates your claim, we’ll gladly send a complimentary replacement as quickly as possible, our priority is ensuring that you’re completely delighted with your purchase. 

If a replacement isn’t feasible, simply let us know when you reach out, and we’ll explore the possibility of a refund.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, Atelier Yasmin will cover the cost of a replacement at no additional charge.

This includes instances such as:

Lost Orders

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Once verified, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement order at no additional cost.
